Explanation of fees

Monthly: Our monthly recurring fee to maintain your system and provide support.

Setup Fee: There's a lot of setup and customization involved in training the AI's on your business and setting up your systems. This is a one-time fee to cover that setup.

AI Response Fees: These fees cover the costs associated with generating AI responses. We include your first $25 worth every month in the Full AI Employee package, which is plenty for the usage of most small companies. An unlimited AI usage plan is available for an additional $147/mo for heavy users.

Carrier Fees: these are the small standard fees charged by our carrier for text messaging and phone calls.

Integrations: Some customers may want additional integrations into their existing software. These often require customizations and 3rd party services to connect, and often come with additional fees that will be passed on to you.

A2P Approval: There are several fees associated with getting numbers a2p approved, including a fee for each attempt at approval.

Additional Numbers: Each new phone number has a small monthly fee attached.
